Very few films on the Berlin Airlift was made in glorious kodachrome colour. Simply because the cost of such film was so expensive and it was in very short supply.

American Overseas Airlines in the 1940s post war provided trans-Atlantic air links between points in Europe and the continental United States.

They also participated in the Berlin Airlift with their cargo configured Douglas C-54 DC-4 aircraft. We then take a nice airport apron tour on the remote bus during our transport to our Pegasus Airbus A320 for the flight to Kayseri.
